Our shipping packaging is plain and discreet.
- Order by 1.00pm Monday-Friday for same-day despatch with Royal Mail.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Delivery/shipping times will vary, this is a guide for our Standard Delivery Service from date of dispatch:
- Standard UK Delivery: 1-5 working days.
- International Europe Delivery: 5-8 working days.
- Worldwide: 5-10 working days.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged.
Empoura does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, international delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date: Large orders, customs clearance, credit card authorisation, and verification may all delay delivery of your order.
All products and sizes which are listed on Empoura are held in stock. If on the off-chance our website hasn't updated and a product/size which you have ordered has gone out of stock we will notify you by email.
